Absolutely disapointing! First, they gave away my 'suite', claiming it was free. Free breakfast though? Surely an insult, when the shower barely worked and there was no hot water. I woudlve appreciated some kind of upgrade for the hassle, but it seems like I wasn't special enough for that. What a sad state!

Variety of tasty Kenyan food available at odd hours is a pleasant surprise.
The Wi-Fi is hit or miss, and the constant street noise, punctuated by blaring horns, really disrupts the overall experience. The room I got had issues like broken lights and a malfunctioning shower. The price feels a bit inflated compared to other options in the area.
